Using their already familiar Microsoft Teams meeting software, KONE staff produce and manage their presentations, while a meeting host and a variety of leaders are in front of the cameras. Video monitors are provided at both presenter positions, and a remotely-controlled timer display is provided for the primary presenter position. The audio from remote presenters is actively managed through a Wylie.Video provided sound system.
Wylie.Video sends the switched video and audio feed of the 'studio' cameras and microphones into KONE's Microsoft Teams event. This results in a high-quality, professional viewing experience for participants throughout North America. (more below)
Crescent Electric hires Wylie.Video to provide the video and audio feed for their annual shareholders meeting live stream. For this live stream production, the house sound system and PowerPoint presentation laptop is fed to the Wylie.Video equipment, where it meets with feeds from the professional cameras,
then switched and mixed with graphics to create 'two-box' displays (to show the presenter and slides at the same time).
The mixed feed is sent to a client-owned PC connected to the online meeting software. Additional monitors and other support equipment are provided to ensure presenters are at ease.
Wylie.Video also provides this client a locally recorded file of the meeting for their archives.
